Our Nestro Heat Logs are made from 100% Birch hardwood sawdust compressed into a user friendly dense briquette unlike many others which are made from softwood. Compact with a hole in the centre for airflow these Nestro hardwood heat logs are easy to light and long lasting and they generate good heat with a very attractive flame. They are a lovely rich golden colour with a pleasant aroma
Nestro heat logs do expand as they burn so we recommend breaking them into halves or smaller pieces making them easier to control as they burn.
